Attraction. SOSÚA.- This Wednesday the association for the sustainable development of Sosúa (ADSS) reported that a non-profit organization will donate a statue with a Taíno theme where corals will be cultivated and that it will serve as an attraction to try’s it’s who dive in the coast of Sosùa.
Global Coralition is a non-profit organization that will place the statue in the ocean of Playa Sosúa so that it becomes a marine habitat catalyzing the growth of new corals, since these support 25% of all marine life, also creating a new attraction for tourists and divers visiting the area.
This type of initiative will put the name of Sosùa on high as this institution is known worldwide for helping to preserve marine fauna and flora. Global Coralition chose the Taíno theme as it is our cultural roots that link us with the encounter of a new world.
